In partnership with Drew Cares International RMH organized different trainings with the aim of improving service delivery in the hospital.

The overall objectives of these trainings were to train staff about the general overviews of Infection Prevention Control , Safety Health Environment and Quality Improvement, To develop Infection Prevention Control , Safety Health Environment and Quality Improvement focal persons job descriptions, To train staff on hospital infection prevention and control inspection, analysis, hospital inspection, incident management and investigation and analysis.Conducted in 3 weeks for 3 different groups each one of the trainings took 5 days and 124 staffs benefited from the trainings.

RMH Commandant Col. Dr Emmanuel Ndahiro encouraged all the participants to implement the knowledge gained from the training and provide the best customer services to the hospital clients. He urged Drew Cares International to continue the good partnership so together we can achieve more.

Participants promised to use the knowledge in improving the quality services they provide and requested for regular trainings to be conducted so they can be always awake and aware of the importance of providing quality services.

DCI Director Eugene Sangano committed to continue their support to RMH to support its vision in tertiary healthcare provision.Certificates were awarded with certificates of participation and DCI was awarded certificate of Appreciation.
