RMH has been fighting to become a paperless hospital, even though some papers are still used for some services, with the patient electronic records and health management information system patients 

have been benefiting from digitalized services for many services such as consultations, Hospitalization, payment of bills and patients discharge

Some Patients who have been benefiting from these digital services said that it speeds up the process even though there is still a long way to go and gives a new image to healthcare system in the country.
